Can you provide some references?

Definitely! We understand that being a new customer you want to make sure that we do a quality job and that you leave your computer in good hands. Don't hesitate to give us call.


Why are you only available by appointment?

Computer prices are extremely low these days. It is not uncommon that the cost of repairs reach or exceed the value of the computer. In order to provide labor rates that make it worthwhile for customers to have the computers fixed rather replaced, we have to keep our overhead as low as possible. This is for your advantage.


Do I have to pay for the diagnostics if I choose not to have my computer fixed?

We are one of the few companies in the United states who offer truly free in-store diagnostics of your computer. If you don't want us to fix your computer, you don't have to pay a dime. However, if we go to your home to provide you with on-site service, this offer doesn't apply.


Free Pick-up Service? How does it work?

You have a choice to either drop off your computer at our location or request a free pick-up. Just give us a call or use our email form to start the process. Every location is eligible in the city of San Francisco.


What is the warranty on the work you do?

We provide 3 days warranty on all software and 30 days on all hardware repairs.


Is tax included in the prices?

You don't have to pay taxes on computer repair. The price you see is the price you pay.


Do you also sell parts?

No. At the current moment we don't sell computer parts. However, if a faulty hardware device needs to be replaced during the repair work, we will buy the part for you with your approval.


What will happen after I drop off the computer?

1)We provide you with the paperwork.
2)Diagnostics.
3)We call you and provide you with the quote and the estimated date and time of completion, and we have you confirm the repair.
4)Repair process starts. You can check status online by signing in your account.
5)We call you again if we need your help or if your have to make a decision.
6)We notify you to pick up the computer.
7)Paperwork needs to be signed and you receive an invoice.
8)You have 3 days to thoroughly check the work we've done with your computer.
